Kay Scott - Jarvis Proprietor and Senior Coach- PCE, BHS AI, UKCCII, BHS STAGE 4, ESI Cert Module 1
Kay Scott – Jarvis is a qualified Equine Coach, who aims to provide a competitive, educational and ethical edge to her coaching. Kay was an Equine Lecturer and Course Manager at South Staffs College for over 10 years. Whilst continuing to develop her education and knowledge in the area of Equitation Science, Kay coaches others to widen and develop tools in the saddle. Kay's training is achieved through conferences, symposiums and lessons with Dr Andrew McLean, Manu McLean and Lisa Ashton of EquiSci, also attending the International Society of Equitation Science annual conferences.
Kay is a keen affiliated competitor and is a registered member of British Dressage and British Eventing.

Abbie Marks - Yard Manager and Assistant Coach - BHS STAGE 3, R&RS, BHS HOC LEVEL 2
Abbie is REC's Yard Manager, who joined the team in Oct 2011 as REC launched to the public. Abbie works very closely with Kay to improve her education in Equitation Science and studies hard for her continual progression with her BHS Qualifications. Abbie is keen to progress further into the world of competition with REC horses and is training hard towards this years Hunter Trials and ODE. Abbie is currently a trainee Instructor at REC, coaching along side Kay and has achieved her BHS Stage 3 in 2016.

Beth Mullen - Groom - Btec Equine Sport Science, Nottingham Trent University FdSc Degree in Sport Horse Management and Coaching and currently in third year BSc in Equine Sport Science
James Willetts - Groom - Currently Studying Horse Care Level 2 Apprenticeship at South Staffs College
James joined us on a full time Apprenticeship after spending 2 years prior on a work experience placement with us and has now progressed to become a groom. James is dedicated and enthusiastic and works exceptionally well as part of a team. James has a love for horses and is passionate about learning all about them.
